Purchasing your apartment off the plan

After paying your 10% deposit, you can look forward to watching your new home take shape as construction progresses. Throughout the build, we’ll keep you informed with regular project updates. Once construction reaches completion, there are a few important steps to work through before you can settle and move into your new home.

Construction completion: What happens next?

Once construction is complete, the final steps typically take six to eight weeks. Here is what happens, and what you can expect from us at each stage.

1. Plan Sealing

The final plans are submitted to Council for approval. We’ll keep you informed as this progresses – you’ll know when it happens.

2. Certificate of Occupancy

The building is independently confirmed as fit for purpose. Another clear milestone, communicated to you directly.

3. Title Registration

Once Council’s sealed plans are submitted to Titles Queensland, individual titles can be created for each property. This process typically takes 10 to 15 business days.

4. Call for Settlements

You’ll receive formal notification as settlement approaches, along with all the information you need. Our Sales and Customer Care team will walk you through each step, including your valuation and pre-settlement inspection.

5. Settlement

Legal and financial obligations are completed. The property is formally recorded in your name. Our team is aligned across every department to make this as straightforward as possible.

6. Move In

Keys are handed over. Before this day, we arrange pre-inspection events and guided handovers – so when you arrive, you already feel at home.
