Celebrating Excellence at the Gardner Vaughan Awards Night 2026
It was a special evening at the Gardner Vaughan Awards Night 2026, bringing our team together to celebrate the people, achievements and contributions that have shaped the past 12 months.
The annual Awards Night is an opportunity to pause, reflect and recognise the people who contribute to Gardner Vaughan every day, from those making their mark in their roles to those who consistently support the people around them and help move our projects forward.
A massive congratulations to all of our well-deserved nominees and award winners:
- Rising Star: Simon
- Culture Champion: Danielle
- Spirit Award: Matthew
- Emerging Leader: Liam
- Innovation Award: Jodie
- Excellence Award: Henry
- Shareholders’ Choice (Team of the Year): BASK, Bokarina
- Employee of the Year: Mark
- We Care How You Live Award: Kylie
The evening also gave us the chance to recognise some significant service milestones, including Lyn Thompson, who celebrated an incredible 20 years with Gardner Vaughan.
These moments are a reminder that our people are at the heart of what we do. From the teams delivering projects on site to the people supporting them behind the scenes, every contribution plays a part in shaping Gardner Vaughan.
Thank you to everyone who helped make the evening such a memorable one, and congratulations again to all of our nominees, winners and service milestone recipients.
