Located just steps from the beach, the new location brings premium fitness and wellness right to the Sunshine Coast shoreline.

Reflecting on their experience partnering with Gardner Vaughan, founders Monique and Alex shared how seamless the journey has been from day one, praising the dedicated support from Jason and our team as they bring their vision to life. Beyond standard training facilities, IGNYT Gym will feature dedicated health and wellness amenities, including infrared saunas, ice baths, compression recovery, and massage recovery.

“Health and fitness is no longer just about the physical side of things, it really has evolved into an overall health and wellbeing experience for people no matter where they are in their journey,” explained Monique and Alex. “We’d like to build an environment where people of all fitness levels can feel welcome and comfortable training in an environment where they’ve got the support that they need and they’re achieving their goals.”
