Our History
Guy Gardner’s Brisbane engineering consultancy begins receiving a consistent request from clients: stay involved through the build. Gardner Vaughan is founded in response.
Our first residential development in Indooroopilly, built through a long-term client partnership. The beginning of understanding what it truly means to build homes – not just projects.
A renewed focus on construction quality and management precision. Then the GFC – and while much of the industry stepped back, we kept building. We’d made commitments to people, and we kept them.
The establishment of the Gardner Vaughan Sales division. The same team, the same values, now in direct relationship with buyers from first enquiry to handover.
An extension of our post-handover commitment: with you for life. Our relationship with residents doesn’t end when the building is complete.
1,250 homes in the pipeline across South East Queensland, with new acquisitions from the Sunshine Coast to Moreton Bay, Brisbane through to the Gold Coast — we’re continuing to grow without changing what matters. The same team. The same standards.
