Friday, July 25th marked a major turning point for One Redcliffe. Future residents gathered at 1 Redcliffe Parade alongside the Gardner Vaughan Group team to officially break ground on the site.

While breaking ground is a massive milestone for us as builders, the best part of the morning was watching the room turn into a real neighborhood.
Before a single slab is poured, connections are already being made:

Putting Faces to Names: Future residents chatted directly with the Gardner Vaughan team, getting real-time insights into what’s happening on-site next.

Finding Local Common Ground: Buyers swapped tips on their favorite Redcliffe Parade spots, debated the best local coffee, and shared the mutual buzz of moving to the water.

Building Long-Term Friendships: Easy conversations over morning coffee sparked connections that will carry straight over to the finished hallways and shared spaces.
