Congratulations to our August Nominate a Mate Winners

Congratulations to our August Nominate a Mate WinnersAt Gardner Vaughan, we know that great projects are built by great people. Our Nominate a Mate initiative gives our teams the opportunity to recognise the people they work alongside and celebrate the contribution they make each day.

Each month, employees and subcontractors can nominate a mate who has gone above and beyond — whether that’s through their work ethic, commitment to safety, willingness to help others or simply the positive impact they have on the people around them.

Because every project is made possible by the people behind it, and it really does take a village. Well done to this month’s Nominate a Mate winners!

Dave – Ori Form, Danby Lane, Nundah

“Very knowledgeable all round expert, always helping out others and looking out for other safety. Genuine care for his coworkers. Hardest worker I’ve ever met.”

Ross – Ausrish Tower Cranes, Bask, Bokarina

“Ross is a beacon of positivity. He is always good for a chat and a smile, an all round top bloke.”

Quentin – Queensland Formwork, One, Redcliffe

“He is committed to being safe and always being right. Excellent work standards.”

A big congratulations to Dave, Ross and Quentin, and thank you to everyone who took the time to recognise a mate this month.

It’s the people who show up, look out for one another and take pride in what they do that help make our projects,  and our workplace, what they are.
