Gardner Vaughan Marks First Gold Coast Development with Bronze on Chevron Sod Turn
Gardner Vaughan has officially broken ground at Bronze on Chevron, celebrating a major milestone as construction commences on the company’s first development on the Gold Coast.
The official Sod Turn event, held on August 6, brought together key stakeholders, project partners, and local leaders to mark the occasion. Among the distinguished guests were Deputy Mayor Mark Hammel, Surfers Paradise Surf Life Saving Club President Cassandra Sedgman, and members of the Gardner Vaughan team.
Located at 8 Mawarra Street on Chevron Island, Bronze on Chevron is a 21-storey residential tower featuring 119 luxury residences with a curated collection of one to four-bedroom homes. Designed in partnership with Cottee Parker and Jeremy Ferrier Landscape Architect, the development offers timeless architecture, premium finishes, and sweeping views.
“We’ve felt welcomed in our dealings from our first consultations and our alignment with council, with the community, and with all of the partners that we’ve been able to forge relationships with in a very short space of time,” said Gardner Vaughan Commercial Director Sam Gardner. “We are very glad to be able to extend that welcome now to our first patch on the Gold Coast.”
As construction gets underway, Gardner Vaughan looks forward to partnering with local Gold Coast businesses and becoming an active, long-term member of the community.
