As construction progresses, we’ll provide regular updates on upcoming works, access or parking changes, and any potential impacts such as noise, dust and traffic. We value our local community and are committed to managing construction responsibly, with clear communication every step of the way.
Upcoming Temporary Disruptions
To ensure a smooth and efficient construction process, some temporary disruptions will occur. Please see the details below:
Pile rig delivery and drilling
Date: 7th August – ongoing
Details: The piling rig delivery is scheduled to occur in the early hours of Thursday 7th August (3:00am – 6:00am). Pile drilling will commence shortly afterwards and you may hear an increase in associated noise until the end of October.
Footpath closure
Date: 12th May – ongoing
Details: For public safety, footpaths along Redcliffe Parade, Anzac Avenue and Sutton Street will be temporarily closed.
