Zinc Community Event

There is something magical about bringing a brand-new residential community together for the very first time. On Friday, October 18th, the Zinc Bokarina development on the Sunshine Coast officially marked a major milestone, hosting its very first resident community event.

Set against the lush, scenic backdrop of the Bokarina parklands, the evening was designed to give our new residents a warm, memorable welcome to resort-style coastal living.

Where Modern Living Meets Genuine Connection

While the food and views set a high bar, the real magic of the night was watching the community come alive. Moving into a new development is about more than unpacking boxes; it’s about putting down roots.

With the gentle poolside breeze and open-air layout,, residents easily mingled, swapped moving-in stories, and forged new friendships. Laughter carried across the pool deck as neighbours discovered shared interests, laying the groundwork for future morning walks along the beach, casual poolside catch-ups, and long-term friendships.
