Estilo on the Park Milestone Celebration

Another milestone was reached at Estilo on the Park with the completion of the podium level concrete pour, marking an exciting step forward in the construction of the development.

To celebrate the progress, we invited our future residents to join us and see the project taking shape firsthand. It was a unique opportunity for buyers to get closer to the construction process and see the foundations of their future community coming together.

The event was hosted from the rooftop of our neighbouring development, Estilo on Kittyhawk, providing a clear view across the construction site. From this vantage point, our team was able to talk buyers through the progress to date, share what was happening on site and answer questions about the next stages of construction.

Bringing future neighbours together

The morning was also an opportunity for our future residents to meet one another and begin building connections ahead of moving into their new homes.

For many buyers, it was the first chance to meet the people who would eventually become their neighbours, while also connecting with the Gardner Vaughan team and sharing in the excitement of seeing the development progress.

Milestones like the podium pour are an important part of any construction journey, but they also provide a chance to pause and celebrate the people who will ultimately bring a community to life.
