Zinc Completion Celebration
Bringing Zinc Bokarina to life has been a journey of vision, dedication and collaboration. Located in Bokarina on the Sunshine Coast, the project required countless hours of planning, design, construction and coordination, with hundreds of talented people working together to transform the vision for Zinc into a completed beachside community.
The construction of Zinc Bokarina also came during an exceptionally challenging period for the building industry. The impacts of the global pandemic, supply chain disruptions and extreme weather required resilience, adaptability and close collaboration at every stage. Despite these challenges, the Gardner Vaughan team, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and project partners continued to work together to keep the project moving forward.

A Lasting Vision for Coastal Living
Today, Zinc Bokarina stands proudly as a completed Gardner Vaughan development, reflecting the care, quality and long-term liveability that guide our approach to creating homes and communities across Southeast Queensland. Gardner Vaughan brings more than 35 years of experience to designing and building homes, places and communities, taking responsibility for the journey from first vision through to final handover.
Reaching completion is also an opportunity to recognise the many people behind the project. To our Gardner Vaughan team, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, sales teams and valued project partners, thank you. Your expertise, hard work and commitment played an important role in bringing Zinc Bokarina to life.

Welcoming Our Newest Community Home
Most importantly, it is incredibly rewarding to see residents now calling Zinc home and a new community taking shape in Bokarina on the Sunshine Coast. The successful completion of Zinc represents more than the end of construction—it marks the beginning of a new chapter for the people who will live, connect and create memories here for years to come.
