Zinc Meet The Developer

Gardner Vaughan recently welcomed members of the Sunshine Coast community to our “Who is Gardner Vaughan?” event, an informal morning designed to bring people together and provide an opportunity to learn more about who we are, what we do and the projects we are delivering across the region.

Held in a relaxed setting, the event gave attendees the chance to meet and engage directly with our Directors, ask questions and hear more about Gardner Vaughan’s approach to creating homes, places and communities. More than simply showcasing our projects, the morning was about creating genuine conversations and building stronger connections with the people who live, work and invest in the communities around them.

Our “Who is Gardner Vaughan?” events are an important way for us to connect with the wider community. They provide an open and approachable environment where people can learn more about our team, our experience and the thinking behind our developments. For Gardner Vaughan, these conversations are equally valuable, giving us an opportunity to listen, understand local perspectives and strengthen the relationships that contribute to successful communities.

With more than 35 years of experience across Southeast Queensland, Gardner Vaughan believes good development should improve lives. We design and build with care, quality and long-term liveability in mind, taking responsibility for the full journey from the first vision through to final handover.

Thank you to everyone who joined us on the Sunshine Coast and spent the morning getting to know Gardner Vaughan. We look forward to continuing these conversations, sharing the progress of our projects and staying connected with the communities we are proud to be part of.
