Nundah Festival 2023

The Nundah Festival is a much-loved street-style celebration created by locals, for locals, bringing the community together for a day filled with connection, local businesses and neighbourhood spirit. Gardner Vaughan was proud to once again be part of this iconic event and spend the day meeting the people who make Nundah such a vibrant and welcoming place.

Throughout the festival, our team had the opportunity to connect with local residents, small business owners and even Nundah’s town crier, enjoying plenty of conversations about the community and our Danby Lane development. It was especially rewarding to see the interest and support from locals and to answer questions about the project and its place within the neighbourhood.

For Gardner Vaughan, being involved in events like the Nundah Festival is about more than having a presence in the area. It gives us an opportunity to listen, build genuine relationships and better understand the communities in which we create homes. Our approach is centred on designing and building places with care, quality and long-term liveability in mind.

A big thank you to everyone who stopped by to meet the team and have a chat. We’re grateful to continue being part of the Nundah community and look forward to seeing Danby Lane become another part of this thriving neighbourhood.
